A traditional Ayurvedic ritual to remove harmful substances while gently detoxifying the mouth for fresher breath.

Upon waking and before consuming anything, simply glide the curved end of the copper tongue scraper from the back of the tongue toward the front to remove harmful bacteria and debris from the mouth. Rinse the scraper under water and repeat until desired result. Follow this ritual with brushing and flossing your teeth.

Copper is known for its antibacterial properties and will last for years.
