At Bond Clean Beauty, we handle your orders with great care and love. Our products leave our shelves in perfect condition and we work hard to ensure they arrive in the same state, on time and as expected. However, from time to time issues can arise. This policy outlines our conditions for shipping, delivery, returns and exchanges for when those unforeseen events occur.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over $100.
When ordering, please be mindful:
· You can select your preferred delivery method as you proceed through checkout, where you can check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete your transaction.
· A dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number will be sent for ALL orders, so you can track the progress of your delivery.
· If an authority to leave is included on your purchase notes, then you accept all responsibility for any missing package(s) left by couriers.
· Please ensure your delivery details are correct prior to finalising your purchase. In the event of a mistake, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to receiving your confirmation email with tracking number.
Bond Clean Beauty offer three shipping options:
· Standard Post
· Express Delivery, and
· StarTrack Courier- Same day delivery for Sydney metro
StarTrack Courier CONDITIONS
· Orders placed using StarTrack Courier must be made prior to 11.00am Monday to Friday.
· All orders using StarTrack Courier must be received in person and signed for.
· Please ensure you’re available to receive your package, as Bond Clean Beauty takes no responsibility if you’re not able to receive it.
· If you miss your delivery, StarTrack Courier will return the delivery to Bond Clean Beauty and the expense will be charged to the original credit card used for the purchase(s).

DELIVERY TIME GUIDELINES
· We offer same day delivery on any orders placed before 11.00am for customers within Sydney metro.
· For orders placed using Standard Post within NSW, you’ll receive your order within 2-5 business days.
· Interstate orders (outside of NSW) may take 3-6 business days.
· If your order is placed before 2.00pm for Express Delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, we offer a next business day delivery service. For other regions in Australia, you’ll receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Please note: these timeframes are provided as a guide only, as deliveries are dependent on Australia Post. Bond Clean Beauty does not guarantee items will be delivered within this timeframe.
Due to some Bond Clean Beauty products (aerosols, nail varnish etc.) being classed as ‘Dangerous Goods’ by shipping partners, we can only send such items via standard post with Australia Post.
We regret we’re currently unable to ship ‘Dangerous Goods’ items via Express Post. If you have ‘hazardous’ items in your basket, you will NOT be able to choose ‘Express Post’ at checkout. In this instance, select an alternative shipping option or remove any hazardous goods from your basket.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer an exchange on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they’re returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. In this instance, the cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
However please note, we don’t exchange or refund items if:
· An item is returned in non-saleable condition (ie open and or used). Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange of opened products.
· Items were purchased on sale. Bond Clean Beauty does not accept any refunds or exchanges on sale items.
ARRANGING YOUR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
· In the unfortunate circumstance that your item(s) arrive faulty, damaged or aren’t what you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org along with any relevant information and photographic evidence within 14 days of receipt.
· Return your items in their original packaging, in the same condition they arrived in, including the shipping carton, and with your original receipt.
· Ensure your return package has a valid tracking number and relevant insurance, as Bond Clean Beauty will not be liable for items lost in transit. Once you’ve provided the relevant returns information, a member of the Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange your refund or exchange.
· You’ll receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund is processed.
Bond Clean Beauty will reimburse the return shipping cost for relevant items to the credit card used for your purchase.
